Strategic Brand and Digital Enhancements

Brand development efforts focused on designing packaging that highlighted product USPs, while digital improvements included email campaigns, seasonal promotions, and a refreshed website interface.

The Bryson app received annual UX updates, enhancing usability through Adobe XD. Meanwhile, the flagship product catalogue, a key sales tool, was redesigned annually to serve as both a customer reference and an internal sales asset.

CONCULSION

A Brand Built for Growth

By aligning design strategy with business objectives, this project strengthened Bryson’s market presence and customer engagement. Consistent branding, user-friendly digital experiences, and well-crafted marketing materials helped support rapid company growth. During the COVID-19 lockdown, the newly developed Bryson Healthcare brand secured a £3.4 million NHS purchase order in June 2020, accelerating the company’s income profile by 20% since March 2020.

This critical success ensured no employee layoffs or extended pay cuts, reinforcing Bryson’s resilience and ability to adapt in challenging times. The result was a stronger, more cohesive brand identity that reinforced Bryson’s position as a trusted industry leader, equipping its teams and customers with the tools to succeed.
